I saw a tweet the other day that said “we’re five months into 2020 and it’s still January” and I don’t think I’ve ever related to a statement more. Thankfully, however, it is now officially February! Hoorah- bring on another month!
I’m a fan of February. You get the Super Bowl, the day-old/half-off Valentine’s Day chocolate, the (slightly shorter) February break and with luck, a little bit of snow.
This Month: I’ve got a trip to New Hampshire to kick off the month (see you soon Mackay!) and I’m counting down the days to February break. I’ll say it again- I’d love some snow, especially because I’d love to get out on the slopes at some point. Really, I’m just looking forward to some good ol’ winter fun.
One Goal: Last month I made it to 15 (yes 15!) yoga classes which I loved. I feel stronger than ever, however, I’d now like to step up my diet. I’m pretty good and Ryan and I are pretty consistent, cooking healthy meals at home. However, I have a wicked sweet tooth and very little self control. This month, I’m going to focus on curbing one and practicing the other.
