Book 40: Half Baked Harvest Cookbook

One of my goals for 2020 is to read more. What better way than to commit to reading one book a week? 52 books in 52 weeks and I’ll be sharing every single one on the blog, every Sunday. Check in for my latest reads and recommendations.

I’m letting a cookbook count this week because I’ll be honest, reading has just not been doing it for me lately. I feel so brain dead when I come home (I guess that’s what you get putting on a one woman show for 16- 8 years olds all day) and picking up a book just sounds hard. Instead, I leaf through cookbooks.

I’ve loved Tieghan’s recipes since I first stumbled upon them through her blog, “Half Baked Harvest.” She uses seasonal, hearty, natural ingredients and creates mouthwatering, accessible dishes. Her food photography is also outstanding.

Some of the recipes I have bookmarked are the Earl Grey Blueberry Muffins, Lemony Fried Brussel Sprouts, and the Miso Beef and Ramen Noodle Peanut Stir-Fry.
